Martfox provides money-back guarantee for all purchased products and services. If you decide that the software provided by CS-Cart for one or another reason do not suit you, then you may request a refund by contacting us via our Customer Help Desk system.
Please read the following to understand our refund policy:
Refund for the software
A customer may request a refund within 100 days and receive a full refund for his/her purchase. The refund may be applied to the first licenses purchased on http://www.martfox.com except the ones that were bought for illegal CS-Cart installations.
Your money will be refunded only once. If you choose at a later date to buy another license this will not be subject to a refund request. Anyone requesting a refund who owns more than one license, will not be given a refund. Any software purchased at a discount price, will not be eligible for any refunds. Also no refunds will be made when the customer starts to use our CS-Cart free support or free support points.
The new policy applies only to the licenses which were purchased after April 14, 2010. The money-back guarantee for the licenses which were purchased before this date is 30 days.
Refund for custom development and design services
Martfox reserves 20% of all custom development services as NON-REFUNDABLE. The other 80% can be refunded at the time of the refund request.
If a refund is requested after the development has been started, then only partial refund is possible depending on the amount of work done.
Refund for installation services
A refund for any installation will be refunded in full, if, the technician has NOT started the installation process, or, the client's server does not meet the installation requirements to run.
Refund request registration
All refund requests are to be sent via our Customer Help Desk system. The requests sent by e-mail or using contact forms on our site are not acceptable.
Return requests will be considered within 1-2 business days and then a decision will be made whether to grant the refund or not. If a refund is requested and granted, the user must remove ALL CS-Cart software from the server and cannot use the software unless another license is purchased.
Please remember that the CS-Cart team is always willing to help you resolve any problem and suggest ways to resolve your issues. If you have any problems using the software, our technical support specialists will give you the necessary instructions and help with your installation. If at any time you are not satisfied with our products and services, please let us know, and we will do our best to remedy the situation.
