Repair and Optimize Database in phpMyAdmin

How to Repair MySQL Database Tables

1. Login to your database from your control panel or PHPMyAdmin
   Click on your Database from the list on the left
   
   
   
   
2. Select the tables for repair and pick the Repair table action from the drop-down menu located below the tables' list
   
   
   
   
3. Once the tables are repaired, you will see confirmation.

How to Optimize MySQL Database Tables

1. Proceed with steps 1 and 2 as earlier
   
2. Proceed with step 3 as earlier except and select Optimize Table
   
   
   
3. Once the tables are optimized, you will see confirmation also.
