2. The competition starts 22 June 2010 and closes when the number of 100 subscribers is reached.
3. The winners will be drawn 3 days after the end of the competition.
4. Entry is open to anybody who sign up for a Semi-VPS hosting plan semi-annually and who follow the instructions on how to enter.
5. Martfox's agents, employees and their relatives are ineligible to enter the competition. Contractors, advertising agencies and other Martfox business partners are also ineligible to enter the competition.
6. To enter, simply sign up to a Semi-VPS hosting plan semi-annually.
7. The winners agree to make themselves available for marketing purposes.
8. Martfox's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
9. Martfox will not be held liable by entrants or any party for any loss, damage or injury that results directly or indirectly from this competition.
10. Prizes are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or alternative goods.
11. No refunds are provided for this SUBSCRIPTION (competition) under any circumstances.
12. Winners will be notified by email and will receive their prize by account credit with Martfox.
13. Martfox can amend, alter or change the terms and conditions of the competition prior to, during or after the competition period without prior notice.
