In CS-Cart and Multi-Vendor 4.0.1—4.0.3, there is a recurring issue that can affect a store on January 1 of every year. This issue can make a store unavailable for 24 hours (the whole January 1, that is).
This issue can be easily resolved beforehand, and we remind you to do so.
If you use CS-Cart or Multi-Vendor 4.0.1–4.0.3, make sure you have applied the fix described in this last year post:
Here is the fix again:
1. Open the file app/Tygh/Registry.php in your CS-Cart installation folder
2. Remove the line “die(‘Registry: undefined cache level’);”
All other versions—2.x.x, 3.0.x, 4.1.x, and 4.2.x—DO NOT have this bug, so no actions required.
